Sat. AM update

Just a quick update for Sat. AM. This swell is being delayed by a few hours, but it will build throughout the day. The video in yesterday's blog is still on track, but with delays described in my latest SoCal report on WetSand.com.

    It's already chest to head high at C-St., Ventura. Looks like the swell has made it here...no problem!

    I guess VC Bob must be 3 ft 6 in tall!! It is NOT and has not been "head" high all day in VTA.

    All the breaks in La Jolla were also smaller than expected. There were few head high sets and horseshoe was pumping head high waves but overall there was much less energy and consistancy than projected. Reading data from other SD buoys, it looks like it might have been bigger in other breaks south of La Jolla.
